I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right at the center of the city and close to the famous MG market for shopping. The staff here were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a nice view from the window in the morning. The hotel also offered great amenities such as room service, car hire, and laundry facilities. I particularly enjoyed the terrace, where I could admire the breathtaking views of the valley below. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a plus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.
Recommended for families - this hotel is an ideal choice if you are looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Spacious and comfy rooms with convenient facilities like tea kettle and writing desk. Location is central and accessible from major roads. Tasty and cheap food at the restaurant.

Great central location and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. The rooms were equipped with all basic amenities and the food served in the restaurant was delicious with a decent variety of dishes.
I had a few negative experiences during my stay. Firstly, the room was not cleaned properly and there were stains on the sheets. Secondly, the hot water supply was not consistent, making it difficult to take a shower. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connectivity in the room was poor, which was disappointing as I needed to work during my stay.

The hotel had a convenient location near to popular markets and services, thanks to its hillside position. the spacious rooms and friendly staff made for an overall satisfactory guest service experience. the restaurant had some great dishes, too.
There was a lack of coordination from the hotel's staff when it came to arranging transportation and providing guidance for visitors.

The hotel also offers a terrace with a stunning view of the valley and is very close to the market, making it convenient to explore this hilly area. The staff is polite and humble, providing excellent guest service.
